The special design of the support base can fit even the smallest penis.
Support base and holding band together form a complete circle around the penis. The support base is very wide and designed to comfortably secure the penis in place while wearing the device (pic. 1).

The support base clips onto the extension rods and immediately detaches in case of a sudden impact on the device (i.e. in case of a fall). The glans of the penis will be protected on both sides by the protruding part of the extension rod holders (pic. 2).
 
Functionality    
The support base is simply clipped onto the extension rods from the top after the penis is already fastened onto the support base with the holding band (Clip-on functionality, pic. 2 ). This greatly simplifies the process of applying the penis stretching device (also see manual).

To make it easier to insert the holding band into the support base, the locking pins automatically turn towards the outside and enlarge the width of the fastening apertures (pic. 3). The lock-in naps of the holding band pull the locking pins automatically close again. This narrows both apertures and holds the holding band firmly in place (pic. 4).

To take off the device or to loosen the holding band, both locking pins are pushed upwards (pic. 5).

This worldwide unique and patented system makes the use of especially soft and comfortable materials for the holding band possible. Its product life cycle is no longer shortened by any significant mechanical stress when taking the device on or off and pulling the holding band through narrow apertures.

Comfort
PeniMaster holds the penis in place with a wide and anatomically correct holding band. The material of the holding band consists of high-endurance and tear-resistant plastic material. The broad surface of the holding band maximizes the comfort level while wearing the device, and so enables the user to wear it over long periods of time (pic. 6).
Safety
In case of a sudden strain on the device while wearing it (i.e. fall), the plastic arresting naps on the side of the holding band immediately give way and detach the device from the penis.
 
Functionality
Using the plastic arresting naps on the side of the holding band, the user can precisely adjust the pressure on the penis as needed.
